HOME CONCENTRATE WINERY

We have been continuously impressed with the quality and consistency of the wine produced with the Vintner's Reserve Wine Kits, for a cost of about $2.00 per bottle! So, we've designed this Home Winery to provide all the equipment necessary to begin winemaking with these easy-to-use kits. The equipment may also be used with the Alexander's Concentrates, although a few extra additives will be required. The winery includes all necessary equipment except empty bottles (which may be collected or purchased new). Any wine kits, fruit bases, or concentrates purchased with the Home Winery will receive a 10% discount. See also our Home Fruit and Grape Winery

The Home Concentrate Winery can be upgraded for producing fresh fruit and grape wines by adding a poly fermentor of 10 gallons or more. A press and/or crusher may also be necessary. Or, you may start winemaking with our Home Fruit and Grape Winery, which includes the extra equipment and ingredients necessary for fresh fruit winemaking.

HOME FRUIT AND GRAPE WINERY

This winery includes the larger equipment and extra additives necessary for making wine from fresh fruits and grapes. It may also be used with the wine grape concentrates and Vintner's Reserve Wine Kits.

The Home Fruit and Grape Winery does not include fruit base or grape concentrate. Use fresh fruit or order fruit base or grape concentrates from their page. Concentrates, fruit bases, and wine kits purchased with a Home Winery receive a 10% discount. Also, an additional carboy is suggested for easier transfer and clarification.
