Chevre(DS)-5pack  This is a direct set culture which will give you a rich and creamy tasting fresh cheese from your own goats milk. Each packet will set up to one gallon of milk and will yield approximately two pounds of fresh cheese. The cheese may be used as is on bagels or in cooking your favorite dishes.

Culture includes: s.lactis, s. cremoris, s lactis biovar diacetylactis, rennet.
